Questions for classroom discussion and assignments:
- Draw new illustrations for a published story, based on your own imagination.
- Write a short story and read it to the class — but in a unusual, possibly funny voice. It’s okay to act-out and be very physical in telling the story. You can also do this with a published story or poem.
- Write an essay describing the members of your family. It should include written and visual illustrations of each person.
- Robert Munsch believes that kids don’t really have power. His “Kid Power” books are a fantasy relief for kids. Write or tell a story in which a kid has special powers.
